asa Teo will operate under the same basic conditions and with the same room rates as Casa Pete. Only new factors are that the Master Bedroom that Pete lived in will be up for rent when Pete moves out (projected for 1 Jan) and that a 30% deposit will be requested to reserve a room for all future reservations (existing reservations Pete made with Darren and Malandro are considered reserved without deposit).
All 4 rooms are up for rent as I have the option of moving between my existing apartment and the new Casa Teo.
In addition to helping Pete during the next two months transition out of his apartment into his dream house in Jamundi, I am also working on a new concept for internet dating that will likely create a constant flow of single latinas in and out of the apartment. I will will have my hands full and will need ample male roomates to give these single latinas the attention they need. (Note: I am already taking steps to establish a Modeling Agency in Miami and Houston that will be partnered with an existing Modeling Agency in Cali, so if all works out as planned you can be assured that we are talking about a flow of quality women....)
Minimum guarantee is great lodging at a great price. Best Scenario is that what will be transpiring in the apartment over the holidays and during the next few months will be soooooooooo good that people will be talking about it for years to come.....
