Gator gave you the correct info to file Form AR-11 for your wife.

Additionally, as a sponsor who filed an I-864 Affidavit of Support, you are supposed to file form I-865 to report your (the sponsor’s) change of address.

Do you have any immigration petitions pending? If so, then also report the address change to CIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. I would also ask them for the correct FAX number to report your address change to the Service Center or CIS office where your petition is being processed so you can send a FAX directly. Changing mailing addresses in the middle of a petition process can sometimes cause huge problems.

simple and the only expense is the stamp. No 'phone call required.  Go on line(search for an AR-11 form) you may be able to fill out online, then print and mail to:

U.S Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration
Change of Address
PO Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134

You have ten days to submit the form.  As always, keep a copy and consider sending certified/return receipt.
