I have been to this apartment, it is nice.  In a quiet residential neighborhood, safe.  The people that own the whole house live downstairs and speak english.  It has it's own private entrance in the front, so it truly is private.  It is right near the new Palmetto Mall towards the south.  An excellent option for someone wanting their own place.  I believe they are installing an air conditioner....

No I've never stayed here but looking at the photos it looks like a good price and a better location.  It looks small but certainly big enough for a gringo.

No.. but by living in Colombia for years I would advise you that the price and the look of the apartment tell me it{s in a lower strata barrio.   The door looks thin and frail.  There is more than likely a lot of noise in this type of building. The mattress is probably hard as a rock.

But all things considered the price is right.

Again I could be wrong.
