I work in the legal field and come in contact with lawyers every day. Some are excellent in what they do simply because they concentrate on one aspect of law. I know my stuff when it comes to K-1 fiance/fiancee visas and I can say that I know more about them then most immigration attorneys. Gary Bala on the other hand is my mentor this guy knows more about what's going on today and let me tell you you need to know your crap in this biz. Trying to navigate the maze of vague questions and obtaining information never asked for can be a hair pulling experience. If you need an attorney and want to have your best chance try Gary Bala. If you need assistance in obtaining paperwork in Colombia I can give you the name of a guy who can help you there with K-1 and K-3.

I plan to tour the National Visa Center (NVC) in New Hampshire later this week with AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Assn.).
If anyone has any burning questions for us to consider asking the NVC Director and processing staff, please let us know.

I also plan to visit Cali, Colombia next month, from Nov. 21 for about 2 weeks, in case anyone wants to contact me.
Cell in Colombia: 315-416-2746

Best regards.
