A poster from the gringos board discovered that Lima Peru has a new agency that opened recently. I checked them out and in my opinion feel that they have some quality women to choose from.

dont know if its the same one, he lives in Los Angelse, is from Armenia, nice guy, met him in Medellin. but sounds like your friend needs to take a break and think things through before going down that route again.
