Are any of you using a card that allows someone to call you from their country? (Colombia)
A while back I bought one from NobelCom and it had a local access number with a Colombian telephone number. I bought the same card a few minutes ago and it has a Colombian access number that is like a USA 800 number? It begins with "01-800" Can Colombians call a toll free 800 number with out incuring charges? I recommend this card before but it is too high now. I just needed something.
Finally, what I am looking for is a local Colombian phone card that I can buy online which allows someone to call me from Colombia. I have been looking for awhile and all I can find is "International Call Back" It looks good, but has anyone ever used it?
Do they sell International Calling Cards down there like here? They did in Venezuela but I just don't know.
