Do you have to have it exclusivly, or would you share? If you're willing to share, check with Pete E. He has a very nice place (so I'm told, never been there myself) and rents out the extra bedroom.

I have stayed at Pete's apartment, and I would highly recommend it.  Naturally, you need to check with Pete concerning availability and so on.  He charges about $35-40 per night for a room, and his apartment is really very nice.  Plus, there are several restaurants just down the street, and it's close the Chipi Chappi mall. But, if not Pete's, I would check with Dave Davis at the South of the Border agency.  I have not met Dave in person, but I have exchanged several emails with him.  He has apartments in the $45 price range, and he has many nice girls at his agency. Of course, most if not all of the agencies there in Cali have their own facilities, of one type or other. It is my understanding that Calipro has used Dave's agency before.  At this point, I am hoping to go to Medellin on my next trip.  I have never been there, but Pablo has lived there for quite a while, and he can tell you about that city.  It sounds very nice.  At any rate, he also has a place there and I understand he might a room available.
