Hi my wife is going for her St. Lukes Next month.
Does she have to pay in advance at some location other than St. Lukes?
Or does she just pay directly at St. Lukes?
I thought I heard someone say they had to pay to some special bank FIRST
then give a reciept to St. Lukes?

Problem is her interview is on a Wednesday
She will fly to Manila on Sunday and if St. Lukes is a
2 day process she will start it on Monday which leaves no time
for running to pay it somewhere else first....

This is for a Spousal Visa.

Anyones experience would help
Thanks
Dingo

It is usually a bad idea to play it too close with your time! Allow an extra day or so!!! Unless they have recently changed, the fees for St Lukes must be paid at a branch of the BPI- on Roxas I believe, but the details should be in
info sent out by the embassy. Especially in the Philippines, it is ALWAYS a bad idea to think things will go without a hitch. Allow extra time!

Ok now I'm confused.

The only place you can pay is at the Cashier's office of St. Luke's. It's the
second step of the whole medical exam. After she filled out the forms, she can
pay $85 in Php. If i'm not mistaken, it's on the 5th floor.

Ok now I'm really confused.

Has anyone done the St. Lukes recently?
Where did you have to pay?
I can't believe they are making people run around to the banks to
pay. Maybe those in St. Lukes are stealing the $ ?

uuggghhh!!!

You pay the visa fees at the BPI about 3 blocks from St.Lukes, across the street from Robinson Mall.  You pay the physical fee on the 5th floor.  Both will take pisos or dollars.

Hi Bear, can the Visa fee be paid at ANY BPI or must it be THAT one?
Because she won't be getting into Manila until Sunday so
if she waits till the bank is open then she may not be able to get into
the St. Lukes for the Exam in time and interview is Wednesday.

Thanks for your info.

Not sure about "any" BPI, but I paid Vilma's visa fee
at the BPI in Cebu.  The packet 4 should include a list
of places to pay the visa fee, which must be paid before the physical.

My mistake, I paid at the Citibank in Cebu.
Make sure she keep the receipt and the stamp they
put on her paperwork.

Looks like I found my answer:
this info was posted by
Mary234 she went last week to St. Lukes

2nd Floor – Waited to have my number called and when they do. Ask few
routinary questions then gave me a piece of paper to keep and a
receipt for payment of Medical Exam. To be done on 5th floor, costs
$85 they accept this in prevailing peso rate that day.

5th Floor – Paid Cashier told to go to 4th floor.

Good so no need to go to the BANK first..yeahhh!!!
