Pre-Nups or Heat's way.........

I would not only have a pre nup in place with a lawyer who speaks Spanish representing her interests but if and when I get married it will be Heat's way.

We will go into the marriage knowing that after the magic three years I will file for DIVORCE.  Since I am not having any more kids.

Sounds very harsh huh?  Well she gets security and I get security. It's my way or the highway.

Then if she wants to stay after three years then she does it out of love.

Many will say that I am cruel.  I say eat shit fool.

My women has money in Colombia apartments, homes and finca.  She needs a pre up too.  So she understands and agrees

Besides I like being rich.  

And being made poor by a women sounds really cruel to me.

With that line of thinking, why bother to get married in the first place, if you are planning to file for divorce after 3 years?

I “think” what he is saying is that the marriage is for the purpose of getting her a visa. After she has her permanent Green Card (3 years?), she doesn’t need the married status anymore, so they will legally divorce and just “shack up”. Technically that’s visa fraud so I wouldn’t mention the plan at the visa interview (LOL).

That may be a win-win plan for a guy looking for legal protection and a lady looking for a Green Card. I guess true love could still be part of the plan... :-)

Exactly Ray,

I meant it as a joke however it is very true. It just so happens that my girl has a visa and is applying for her residence and does not need my help.  That's the advantage to having a rich girl instead of a poor one.

I'm just saying that it could be an alternative for a guy who wants to marry a girl and bring her to the US but also wants to protect himself.  Colombians will understand anything if you explain it to them.

The black market value of your "papers is 20 to $30,000.00 and believe me EVERY Latina knows this.

So for some guys this might be a plan to have your cake and eat it too.
