Heads up on Colombian Love Connection

Hey everyone...I haven't posted for a while, but thought I should give you guys the scoop on a bad experience I had on a recent trip to Medellin. I have traveled to Medellin twice. On my first visit, I stayed at Colombian Sweethearts. The service and the ladies that I met were great, but I caught them at a bad time because they were in the middle of moving to a new location. The move made my stay pretty uncomfortable with all the noise and the new house not being ready. But, Steve, the owner, did make an effort to make my stay the best he could and did compensate me for any trouble I might have gone through. During this same trip, I met Robert, who is currently half owner of Colombian Love Connections. You guys might know him as "Medellin Bob" and Steve's ex-partner. He convinced me that I would have a better time at his place which is an eleven room mansion mainly owned by his partner Greg, also known as Aussie Greg. I decided to check it out for my second trip. I just got back a couple of days ago and wished I would have never listened to Robert. The house is nice and the room I stayed in was pretty comfortable. Apart from that, the selection of ladies was very poor, the office staff at CLC was lost, and I found Greg to be a tempermental idiot. Their business caters to the lowest form of mongers that are helping to destroy the paradise that is Medellin. Their driver out right ripped me off and they did nothing about it accept support him. Greg attempted several times to pick up the girl that I am seeing by asking her for her phone number and asking her out behind my back. Then Greg became disrespectful to her when she gave him the "smack-down"! Bottom line, I do not recommend this place of business unless you are interested in nothing but mongering and treating every lady you meet in Medellin like a working girl. I felt so bad being there, I left and went to stay at the Hotel Porton Medellin for my last day even though I was paid up at the mansion. I did this to prevent myself from knocking out two morons! The sad thing is I am not the only guest that stayed there that feels this way. Travelers beware...and I hope this prevents any of you guys from going through the experience I went through. Nice post,,,i no steve had a lot of problem's,with that guy.I
guess,steve got in to a fist fight,with this guy,out side of
mango's.Becuse,when i was there he was going over to the f.b.i
office in medillin.I guess,they have been watching this guy for a
while,as far as using working girl's,for his company.And,i guess he
had taken some stuff,from the agency.This is what steve tells
me.So,,yaaaaa this guy has been problems.But,as i need to tell
you guy's,,steve has his hands in everything to.Like, the guy's that
drive for him to,anything that happens,in the agency he feels he
should be getting a cut of it.Like the girl that works for him,,we went
out with her after she was off work,,,,,,well ,,were young guy's,,we
like to dance, and have a good time,So,,she liked to hang out with
us.He was trying to charge us for the time she was with us,,,,,,,like
we owe him for that,,,thats bull,thats how they do it.So,,like i
said,stay there 2 day's,,,and go stay somewere else.

I want to put your post in perspective for the rest of the board since you are misleading them!  If you are who I think, you took out one of my bi-lingual secretaries to translate for you on numerous dates with girls from my Agency, not just to dance!  She was there working for you!  I also did not charge you for 90% of this because my secretary was new and did not know.

If you also are the same guy I am thinking about, I helped you get set-up with a Residence VISA and gave you a lot of other free advise and help.

Concerning my driver's, I get absolutely ZERO commission from them when they pick you up from the airport, take you back or drive you around the city.  Where you are getting your information, I would like to know.

I would appreciate if you not post false information that is approaching slander and I am going to ask to have you POST deleted since it is a lie!

I would be curious why you no longer support Colombian Sweethearts?  

Might it be because I refused to "loan" you my Manager for FREE, or on a handshake as you called it, for two weeks, to show you all of the details in setting up your Agency in Panama.  

Or was it because I told you I was not interested in a joint Tour with you after I mentioned two guys to you that told me that you had "screwed" them in the process of setting up your agency in Panama, which never got off the ground anyway.

Maybe you could give more facts to your posts and then be prepared to back those facts up.

This forum is great, but I am seeing a lot of false information being put out recently in the interest of personal agendas which is tkaing away from the value of the board.

I think the place use to be called the ¨playboy mansion¨ and they changed the name. Plus the owner talks about the place on a mongering site about how great it is for monger. So I think you must have got lucky and did not get scalped by them. Thanks for the head up I really did not think anyone but mongers stayed at the place so I really did not say anything here.... Scams are ever where just gotta keep your eyes open for them...

Hey Amigo,
Thanks for the report.I suspected something like that but not that bad.
Seems Steve was telling the truth.
I am glad to hear you are back at it.How would you rate Cali compared to the other places you have been?
Donery was an experience.She seemed so real because she was in many ways,but obviously that was not the total her.I liked alot of things about her.The negatives showed up later.Kind of an exception to my thought of them being easy to read,but I am a better reader than I used to be,thanks to her.

Pete,
Out of all the places I've been to in Colombia, I think Medellin is the spot. As a matter of fact, I'll be down there again in November. I think Andy might be coming with me. You should think about joining us. I'm going to talk to Steve about renting an apartment. Let the good times role again!!
