I tend to think optomistically. So I just sort of figured someone would want to rent my master bedroom SOME of the time while I am in the states untill 8/05.But I did prepare for the worst and left my Colombiano partner enough money to pay the bills if we got NO income off of it.
So right now it is getting used sometimes by my girlfriend and sometimes by my partner.NO,not at  the same time.I am VERY sure of her, even if I screw around myself and he gets all he needs already.
BUT,I will kick them both out if anybody wants to pay for it.Hell I will even include access to my supply of viagra and condoms.I will even have Adrian run out and buy you some latin porn flicks for the DVD.And stoke up the jacuzzi.Girlfriends you will have to get your own,but no problem in Cali, the number one place for hot latinas on the planet. If you can't score there you are trully hopeless. If all else fails we will give you the phone numbers for pay and play and even call them for you.No I am not running a bordello,we just want our guests to be happy.
Breakfast, laundry, computer and phones including to the US free.

I get $40 for my regular rooms with bath.I was going to ask more for the master with the TV,DVD and king size bed.
But I will rent it for the same price. Its available untill August 5,I am coming in that night, but a regular room with bath opens up July 18,so a room  could be available for as long as you want, and I will deal if we get beyond 4 weeks.
Availabiltity subject to change.3 weeks ago I was turning people away for no room.
Entrepeneur counsoling available, but we haven't found anything to make money other than the rooms yet either.
And thats not really a money maker, just cuts my expenses.
But its a fun place to hang out while we talk about it,plus there are the famous Cali chicas.

I'll be arriving in Cali in a couple of weeks. I've got accomodations up til August 4th ... after that I'll probably be looking for another place to stay. Maybe we can work something out - if not let's hook up anyway. I'd like to meet you and see your place.

I decided to rent a flat in Panama. I want to try again where others have failed. just kidding - let me think about it. The Entrepreneur counseling is about $20K too late.  Course, I did manage to run a successful business for several years and why I haven't worked for almost 2 year allowing me to focus on project Latina, which some guys have wondered how I have all this time to explore.  But I am going back to biz soon – was hoping before to make money on the other project. maybe it was a good idea - wrong location. location. location. location

moreover...

Pete, I have started 2 businesses in my life. One has allowed me to take almost 2 years off the other was my recent flop, but I must have done something right at least the first shot. I think the agency biz can work – with the right amount of capital, the correct location, and offering a full range of services and revenue streams. However, I didn't want to risk more capital and rather put it into something elsewhere I felt I have a better chance at breakeven in a relatively short time. I consider project Panama more along the lines of test marketing, and I didn't like the results from both the men and the women. One day I may level and give the real poop on the ladies in CA vs SA as a side note. But you are right, it is not a great biz. Take for example a popular agency in Cali. When he throws a party in Cali for $100 and gets 10-20 guys – you can do the math and see there is no money in it especially after his party expenses including food, prizes, music. CA is the wrong place for an agency, Colombia is rather saturated and dangerous, Lima and Brazil are far and the latter requires a visa giving the fence sitters one more excuse not to get on the plane. With 95% of the guys just wanting to sit at their PC's and fantasize, that is where there is a market but not one that excites me. Marketing to the whackers – I just assume open a Subway. Regarding your business ideas, consider sticking to the US. Find a partner or manager based here - I feel the US is a safer bet for your money especially with you being a foreigner in SA. This is the land of opportunity – I learned my lesson
