Hi Jake,

When did you actually send in your photos and letters?  Was it after the application was sent?  Or, was it for her interview?

Dolphin ,I sent all of together to Texas . In March  it was approved  in 3 weeks . Now we are waiting for our interview in Sept.

I submitted
1 proof of citizenship
2 form G-325 for male
3 form G325 for female
4 letter of intent to marry from male
5 letter of intent to marry from female and how we met and how long we have been carrying on ... these letters should be hand written and in english . I sent the letter to my lady and she rewrote and sent this back to me .  
6 proof you have met , hotel reciepts , airlines tickets , and photos if you have them .
7 dicvorce decree if married before.....
8 one photo of each ...we used our passport photos .

I go a letter from USCIA approval and 3weeks later she got her packet from the Brazilian Consular....

then the consulate sent her a package that she has to get together before the interview ..
