For those Men who don't have the luxury of traveling  to South America 4-5 times a year there are other ways to meet a nice lady . For the money that you would spend on a tour that last a few days you could literally buy 200-300 address from several different companies. For many of you sitting at home doing nothing this could be the start. After meeting several beautiful ladies this way I offer the following you. If you get a 10-20% response you letter sucks and maybe your photo does too. If you get 20-30% maybe your photo is good but your letter sucks and maybe living in the mountains with  out hot water might also be part of the problem . If you get 30-40%  things are looking a little better ….. letter is good , photo is good …. .this a about average …. But to get in the 50-60 % you have to be good …………has the Papi would say  " you need  to have good teeth " ………

Here are a few reasons why you DON"T get responses.

1. Address does not exist.
2 Lady is not interested in you.
3 Girl has moved and her mail does not get forwarded to her. Very common in SA.
4. She has all ready met some one ( you snooze you lose)
5. The lady is having a contest with her best friend to see who can get the most letters.
6. Lady has been on web site for years and just does want to open another letter .
7. She has no money to write back to pay the postage.
8. she does not believe all the bullshit you wrote in your letter.
So it is easy to see why men can get discourage about writing letters . So if you understand this before you start that you will receive maybe 30% response this should encourage you to write more ladies and really think about what you are doing ......... there is also Amigos.com …others way to meet these wonderful ladies.  GO get them …they are waiting ……….

hey most of your reasons are correct, but anyone that has done this will tell you that luck of the draw and timing has a lot to do with it.  While you say that 10-20% response rate is really low, I have heard that is not so bad on average.  There are plenty of men that do better and some that do worse.  It depends on the country, the agency you purchase the addys from etc (i.e., the luck of the draw).  

There are things you can to enhance your responses but still one needs to be patient and persistent.  

Take my post from Peru for example, I sent letters and photos to ladies from two popular agencies, how do you explain 10% response from one and nearly 80% from the other?  Answer, just the luck of the draw I guess?

For those considering going the letter route, just do it, and don't give up.  Sometimes it helps to send an email twice for those women you are really interested in meeting.

I just touch on the some of the reason's , I will in the future go in more detail on how to get a response . I personnally don't like emails in the beginning , just not personal enough . The women also know that this is the easy way .. All the serious girls I met enjoyed getting the letter at there house ... food for thought ....

I know you were just giving a top view of things.  

When I could I did email and letter.  Thats the best.  however, depending on the country and the lady, emails work just as good and you can sometimes puta  reciept on them so you know when the lady opened the email and if you don't get a response in a day or two after she opens it, you know she is probably not interested and you can move on.  

I can tell you that from talking to the women I have met, the women are turned off by men that talk about their material things, or speak about taking trips with them before actually meeting them.  Some guys actually think these women will meet them in another country at a hotel when they have not even spoken on the phone, much less met in person first.
