Hola Amigos, the website is starting to look better – www.tropic-romance.com, as I have made some recent changes.  However, I do not feel I can effectively run Tropic Romance without a strong presence in Panama including an office/secretary.  Part of my problem is that the men are more interested in Colombia.  I thought Panama would be good because it offers a safe alternative to Colombia but so far I cannot compete with Colombia with my current database of female members and need to recruit far more attractive, motivated ladies to sell more men on travel to Panama if I am ever going to get the biz off the ground and maybe having an office based in Panama would help accomplish that goal.  Anyway, if you know of someone that might be interested in managing Panama, let me know.  I can't pay because there is no current volume but I could share in the sales and ownership of the company and form a partnership. Here is what needs to get done:

-Find an affordable attorney and license the business
-Find nice but cheap office space and setup the office
-Find an affordable secretary
-Recruit far more attractive ladies to better compete with Colombia
-Help better organize the parties/tours with the hotel/transportation, etc
-Setup a bank account in Panama  

This can be part time for starters.  Write back if you know of someone that can help and is capable of getting the job done. Again, no pay but profit share in the business if we can get it off the ground. In the meantime, the parties are on hold as I do not have enough men interested at this time.  Gracias!

Give it time. You are not going to compete 100% right away or maybe never.

The best thing you can do for your business is have quality women and run it like a business.  Think LongTerm,

The women on your site are attractive and comparable to those I see on LAI, Odde and other Bogota sites so thats not a problem. If anything I would only suggest having uniform photos of the ladies.  Try to refrain from using thier photos and have your photographer photograph all the ladies.  

Give it time, invest, and think long term.  If you do it right, you will enjoy much success

I dont have the patience for this thing. I further feel that I need a managing partner and a presence in Panama. I want to go on to some other more profitable business ideas I have and have someone take the ball and run with it. Aside from managing things in Panama, my biggest concern is the dilution. There are too few guys traveling to Latin America split between too many options. But with a presence in Panama and better management we can look at some other income streams. But right now - I have everything on hold because I dont want to throw parties for 10 guys or less - the ladies get mad and it is not worth the headaches, expenses, etc. Before I started - i thought i could get 50 guys or more based on the pricing and location. I would look at generating income from email, everyday personal tours and 1 or 2 group tours per year. on the ladies, i think they are attractive but can do better. Plus, there are many very attractive Colombians in Panama - i would like to recruit more of those that are not working in the brothels

I will write you from my yahoo with a few advices about your proposal.  I have someone that could take care of, but there is a lot to talk about it.  Of course Colombian women are way off better, but as my brother would say they have laser eyes since the economical situation in Colombia is terrible, plus the drug and guerrillas war.

Celtic, If you spend anytime in Central America, you will discover that Colombians are often not held in the highest regard.  Many of the Colombianas I have met in CA, particularly Panana are incredibly beautiful but most go there to make money in the various brothels.  Furthermore, others from Colombia get involved with criminal activity in Panama, Costa Rica, etc.

I understand what you are saying about Colombian women in CA. There have been quite a few posts about the subject in this forum, many by you, explaining the situation. That's not what I was asking. I wanted to know what is the spanish for the phrase "laser eyes" and what is it's origin and real meaning?

here's some words that might be helpful if you ever go to Panama (i dont think used in Colombia)

PALOMA- is actually a BIRD(i think the dove) but is slang for the male organ (again in Panama)

GATITA- or KITTEN is slang (again in Panama) for the famale area like our "P" word

Again, these might be helpful to you in Panama. sorry cant be of help on the laser eyes

they  also use kitten in Brazil ........... must be one of those international words ....... JA JA JA
