Yes, perhaps you are right but then there was smoke in Ukraine & I got charred!!!! Just being overtly carefuly to do my expensive & time consuming mishap in Ukraine. I just think the scenes are VERY similar in both. Super attractive ladies (Model quality, many agencies, many men going...way too many more to list but there are numerous parallels. I guess I prefer going off the beaten path. Heck I went off of it in Ukraine & chose a lady NOT from a big city but from a small village/town & it STILL didn't work out. I don't know I'm just looking for what's right FOR ME. Thanks for the advice though. I DO appreciate it.

I think Frank O's problem with Colombia may be reading all the negative press on this board recently about Cali.

I think Frank o should consider Medellin...as well as Lima Peru and Bogota Colombia......

You might be right on that... but he can try some other cities in Colombia Cali
is not the only fish in the sea. If Frank is the type that will jump for the first
hottie that comes alone it does not matter where he goes Peru, Colombia or
Panama he will get sheared like I did back in 1999, but I accept it was my fault
because even the agency I went thru told me to go meet as many girls as
possible and I did not listen. Thought I knew everything .....

I spoke with Frank earlier this evening. He got burned and wants to avoid the scammers - cant blame him. But he speaks Spanish fluently so he should be able to navigate the obstacle course. But I am going to make him a special project in Panama - at least give it the college try. I want to show the forum that Colombia isnt the only place to find happiness. I get the impression he is a good man after chatting on the phone with him.  He will do well switching back to Latins. I wish he could make it Friday. I have something like 15 hot latinas and 3 gringos - dios mio

GIven that you will be spending a lot of time in the country from which your wife comes from, one way to decide is whether you ENJOY spending lots of time in a particular country.

I decided on Brazil on that way.  Even though it was easier to meet more ladies in Colombia than in Brazil, and easier and cheaper to get to, I find Brazil has much nicer beaches, better infrastructure (ie. banks, universities, transportation, shopping/retail, entertainment), and fewer worries about kidnapping and other violence.  (Though in Rio and Sao Paulo, the wealthy have SERIOUS problems regarding kidnappings.)  I enjoy spending time in Brazil without the wifesearch.

Others have said they enjoy DR, CR, Honduras, Panama, etc.  Find a place you like going to and being in, then try to find a woman who lives there.

Frank, you started with me and I know I can help. Lets see what kind of response you get from the ladies. August may be an option if enough guys signup - I will know by Monday or maybe you can travel with me solo if I decide to make a return trip. I sent you an e mail. I'm very flexible. Even when my trips go awry I always have a great time. It's ALL in the ATTITUDE man. I got burned REALLY bad but you know it's over. Time to move on .  I could sit here & pout & blame her or me or whatever but man life is TOO DANG SHORT!! I could miss out on some lovely lady who IS faithful & wanting a good husband. You know the sick thing is my soon to be ex wife told me after I told her I didn't think I was a bad man "Frank the problem is NOT you. I KNOW I'll never find someone to love me like you. If YOU can't make me happy NO ONE can. I'm the problem. I'm a VERY bad person & you don't want to know how bad. I'm NOT good for you. I'm sorry." Well THAT said it all man. That's when I decided to send her home. For ONCE she was honest. I wish she'd said this before I spent $15K in 3 weeks to try to save our marriage. Well SOMEWHERE out there there IS a lady for me. I just need to find her.
