Hello everyone...i just got the form G325A back from my fiance in the Philippines..now i am ready to submit to the INS,except now i find out that along with our pictures together..the INS also wants a picture of each of us seperate with white background, glossy, unretouched and not mounted, facial image about 1 inchfrom chin to top of hair in 3/4 frontal view, showing right side of face with right ear visible.....my question is..i have a picture of my fiance ,but she is lokking straight ahead, but you can see most of her right ear and it does have a white background..is this good enough for the INS or should i have her send me one exactly like they want???
Thanks in advance to all of u...and have a great day.

Go to AAA or Kinko's and they do a great job. For about $10-20, you'll get 4 pics, enough to do the trick. You MUST do this and don't rely on the next best thing. Like the others say, why take a chance. There are rules about these things you would not believe! If you jump through all the hoops like they say, you'll do fine.
Take good and God bless,

Hi Red,

With these photos, angle matters and size matters.  IMO, why give them a reason to put you in the 'additional info needed' pile and delay everything?

I believe it's better to take a short delay now while you wait for the photos, than a longer delay later with INS. My wife had no problems finding a professional photographer in the Philippines (Butuan) that was familiar with taking this type of photo. You just have to make sure that they know which photo it is (not the passport photo).

Red,

They want a professionally produced photo for the visa and green card. She will need to go to a photographer who specializes in immigration photos to get these made.
