Even though they hold the edge in ice-hockey talent (I think there's a pun in there somewhere), Canada appears to be in a dead heat with the U.S. in the reporting of spousal abuse by women, at 28%. And, suprisingly, los Colombianos don't appear to be doing as much bottom-cherrying as widely believed. As for our Godzilla-fearin' brethren in Japan... HOJI COW! Apparently, anytime the word "sushi" is uttered, a husband must slug his wife.

I found this item a while back, though from where I don't recall. It may come off as overtly anti-feminist and rhetorical, but its saving grace is the bibliography.
