The contrasting viewpoints (customer v. owner) over the past few days have brought on a wealth of info & experiences to the board. These post have reinforced the notion, that there isn’t one way in finding or being by love. Newbies & some vets face the daunting task of trying to decide which way “may” be best for them. I want to thank all “both owners & customers” for their responses. I’ve noticed that some of the err, umm, post have gotten off topic & more personal…. maybe, too personal!

I want to thank lapentier, for the latest news about pending legislation that may have an effect on the MOB industry. Bottom line, men should not let what they hear from certain politicians or special interest groups deter them from going South. As one can gather from the recent threads…. there is no “one size fits all” in regards to finding the love of your life. There is no “one person” who can do the work for you. Learn the language, culture & heritage of your targeted country. Spend as much time as it takes to really learn about your lady…. and for her to learn about you, before committing yourself.

I want to thank Heat, for his posts on his behind the scenes observations. If I’m not mistaken, his posts have been the most detailed & extensive on the subject. I can confess, that some of the things he brought up never crossed my mind when I started my quest back in 99.  I was fortunate enough, to have vets pull my coat & help me avoid the pitfalls that Heat has described. There are good & not so good people on all sides (the men, the one woman they desire, the owners/agencies). If any man, is harboring any delusions, that this is gonna be easy…. then you need to keep your narra ass at home.

There are others, that I want to thank, but the orchestra is starting  to play, telling me, that my time is up. And I need to allow others to step up on the stage (lol)

To those serious Newbies…the worst thing you can do is nothing at all…good luck!

Thanks Hoda,

I know I would take a lot of "heat" with my posts but I feel I've learned a lot from this board.  Maybe I can give some of it back.

Are my views controversial?  Yes but as anything in life remember this.
