there are many things to discuss . But one thing is the time it takes to get there ... and the language . You can throw all your spanish out the door . It will only get you in more trouble than good . And the slang from North to South is like new york compared Georgia .... but to me I like Brazil very much , but I also like Colombia ...if you could ever travel freely in Colombia it would be a top tourtist place of the SA. I have seen some of the mountains from Cali to Bogota and is is very beautiful ...

I agree with you Jake. the distance and language issues of Brazil. Colombia has the security problems. Thus, we are left with Panama! just kidding. I have a lot of interest in going ex-pat, just trying to figure out where is the question. I think Pete suggests i should make a return to Cali. Actually, for some reason I have been wanting to get back to BAQ. When is your next trip to Brazil?

My lady has her interview in Sept. The rates are very high to fly till then , so I will go at that time . Hopefully I will be bringing her back with me .... We have also considered buying a house in the Amazon . So we may spend some time up that way . I am sure there has to be a away to make something work for a agency in Brazil , just not sure how . Latin Euro seems to be the only one who has made it work . Security in Sao Paulo , and Rio are really bad .... but other cities are great .

papi ....... pete does have a valid point . If I was to go back to Clombia , I would more than likely go to Cali . I am very comfortable there and have a some good freinds there . In my opinion , if there was a way to expand out to the other smaller cities that has not been abused by the system I think some thing would work . I know from meeting the ladies from Brazil in the small cities they are so much different . Just some small info for you , I had met this lady in a small city north of Rio about 6 hours . We had no chemistry but we en joyed talking to each other so I stopped by to see her .... after I was there she showed me a bag of letters that she has got over 8 months .... are you ready for this  ... over 220 ... from all over the world ... And I was the only to come and meet her ..... more or less 40 letters said they were on the way ..... my point is there are ladies there it is just meeting them ......

Papi ... I beleive you had said you live Miama , I also live in south florida .. If you would like I would be glad to send you a photo of my lady ..... not to brag just to show you what there really is there since you have gone there ...

What Jake says about the letters Brazilian ladies receive and the trips men actually make is very true.  I have also met ladies who received hundreds of letters but only a handful of visitors.  Hundreds of letters at $10 an address times hundreds of ladies gives you an indication of Latin Euro's revenues.  That owner is pulling in a bundle!

I started the biz in part because I was not happy with most of the other agency options.  But my biz model is certainly in need of a rework.  However, I just don’t see much in the way of demand. My email service is now free and i am not getting much action. There may be more in it as you note marketing to guys that want to sit at their PC's and never take the actual trip.
