Papi, you might not have the stomach or morals for this but let me share with you what the very successful agency owners have done to make their agencies more attractive and successful.
1. Hire gorgeous looking ringers, (models, hookers, beautiful women who may be married, women you pay to have their pics taken etc....) and put them on your website as being available. Every agency owner that I personally know in Colombia, FSU does this in one fashion or another.
2. get phony testimonials of average looking guys with gorgeous women claiming they met at your agency and are now either engaged/married/dating etc.....
3. Show much more suggestive pictures then you are currently showing. Your women and pics rate about a 3/10 on the "Peter Meter". Get some real risqué sexy pics and get them on the site. Show at least 3 pics of the gals in either bikinis or mini skirts etc. If a guy cant get a raging hardon looking at your site, he ain't getting off the couch to go on any tour.
4. Pay a bunch of good looking women to dress sexy and show up for an hour or so and take pics with a bunch of average looking guys in a party atmosphere and claim this was taken at your "last social"
5. You might want to consider advertising in a bunch of low class titty magazines. These are prime candidates to go on a tour. The horny bull knows no limits and doesn't scare easy as far as traveling.
5. Set up an introductionary free email service so guys can write to your good looking ringers and pay girls to write them back and claim they are dying to meet them and go out with them. You will have to pay the ringers some pocket money to go out with the guys once they get there. They can then use any excuse thereafter why they are not interested, but lurling the gringo over there is the key.
6. Take a trip to Cali/BQ/Bogotá and get to know personally the girls working for the biggest agencies. Strike up a friendship with one of the girls working there and invite her to lunch. Offer her about $200- $400 cash to provide you with their email mailing list. (this is very easy for them to do and they can just forward it to your email) This is GOLDEN and gives you the target market to go after. I would also go to the large company socials and the girls who register the girls at sign-in I would offer the same thing.
7. Your wealthier gringos that do make the tour, pay a pro to show them a lot of interest and to have sex with them and then have her disappear for a made up excuse. (the one that is most often used is she got back with her boyfriend) You will then have yourself a "mark" good for at least 3-5 return visits. (maybe even a "lifer)
If you are not prepared to do this and really roll up your sleeves and fight it out, then yes I agree, s*** CAN IT
