Jim C,
Tried to call you but could not get thru.  Read Pete's post that you were in Cali and maybe looking for property.  Keep me in mind if you can for a fixer condo in a good neighborhood or a storefront and apt on or near Ave Sexta.  Thanks, will try and call you again.  John (from Seattle and Cartagena)

Hey John just read your post and am lookin in Jaunambu for a nice apt or house, returning monday to the Big C and in a week to the US for two weeks. Then will return to C and begining mid july return to Cali and of course will keep an eye out for you . I may want a partner.
