I thought Id post a little more directly.  Has any one brought a child to the USA on the K1 Fiance Visa.  What "exactly" was necessary after the initial Notice of Approval for your Service Center.  All that you do with the I 129F is fill in the name age etc, but what happens on the Bogota side?

I brought my wife's three children here on K-4 visas which are quite similar to the K-2 visas that a fiancee's children get. You have to pay the $100 visa application fee for each of them along with getting the medical examination. They have to have their own passports. They have to go to the interview as well but generally they are not asked any questions unless they are close to being adults. Packet 3 will contain complete instructions as to what's necessary.
