Question for Utopia Cowboy

I'm the guy whose fiancee never received packet 4.  An aquaintance of her's is going to the Bogota Embassy this Wednesday to try to get it.  My fiancee's interview is Tuesday the 24th.  We arrive in Bogota on Sunday and her medical appointments are on Monday.  If her aquaintance is unsuccesful at getting the packet 4....do you think we can pick it up Monday?  Or should we change our flight to Bogota for early Friday and try to pick it up then?  Thanks in advance!!

I feel fairly certain that her friend will be able to get the packet. Yes, you should be able to get it on Monday if all else fails but you might not have much time with the lab and medical to do. If it really comes down to it, you could always just come on Tuesday for your appointment without the letter. They did not use to transact visa business on Fridays - I don't know what the situation is now.
