my 2 cents ....

these are what I believe to be the two major differences between these 2 very fine group of ladies ... Bot are very beauticul and unigue in there own way .

1. Colombia has many agencies for you to check out , you can fly inot various cities and meet mnay ladies . Draw back , you really can't go out in the country and see what the beautiful country has to offer . I have seen some of this and it is very beautiful. SO the cities are safe , countries are not and you have all the agencies....

2. Now if you have alittle time and like adventures Brazil could be more for you . Soa Paulo and Rio are NOT safe for any solo gringo . But once you are out side the big cities you can expect some of the best fun you have ever had . Some of these ladies had never met a american man in there life , some have no hot water , many have never rode in a car , some never seen a nice resturant . The country of Brazil is so beautiful .......... to me the ladies are very beautiful in there own way from both countries.

3. I met this lady in a small farming town of Catalon , after the 2nd day the whole family got together ( like 25 people ) to meet this gringo from Florida .... they had the best Barbecue I had ever tasted in my life ..............  that never happened to me in Colombia ........I have met a wonderful lady from Brazil that I have know now for 2 years and she should be here soon . she washes clothes by hand , only hot water she gets is from my hotel room, but she is very happy and so is her family.......I am leaving in a few weeks just to spend time much needed time with her ... so I will keep you up on the progress.

I lived in Rio for one year, in Ipanema-two blocks from the beach, traveled all over Brasil for 3 years, and speak fluent Portuguese.  Beautiful people, great food (better food than in Colombia), beautiful beaches, and a people that live life NOW!

I still would, personally, choose a Colombian girl over a Brazilian to marry, when you put the entire package together…Not to say that there are not wonderful women in Brasil also.

If you want to explore Brasil, visit Rio only for the tourist spots (and be careful!).  Go to Bello Horizante, Oro Breto, Porte Alegre, Recife, Fortaleza, Florianopolis and other cities in the interior.  They are not spoiled by sex tourism.

Brazilian women think completely differently than Colombia women and I have a 1000 stories to tell including going out with the ex-girlfriend of the “Kingpin” of the Rio Mafia and owner of 3 Samba schools (ask your Brasilian wife about that!)…part of the reason I’m not in Rio anymore.

The family told me “we don’ t believe in violence.”   They were lawyers that owned construction companies, slot machines etc. They said if they were “honest” lawyers in Brasil, there is no money.  If they are “dishonest” lawyers, they will get money but get killed sooner or later.  The Uncle, age 28, ran all of the gambling machines in Sao Paolo.   My little Mafia princess, 22, a little blond goddess, told me her ex-fiancée, the Rio Kingpin, age 36, who inherited everything from his father, flew the both of them First Class from Rio to South Africa for her 21st Birthday.

Just curious, being a pilot, asked “how much did the tickets cost.”

She says, “$350 USD each.”

I say, “$350?? Did he have frequent flyer miles?”

She says “NO, they were bough from a lady he knows that has copies of credit cards.”

I say “stolen credit cards!!”

She says “NO, they were just copies, it is normal in Brasil…”

Well, the family did not approve of me since I told them I was just an honest guy and the Kingpin wanted her back…I did return to Rio later to visit the Grandmother.  When you’re in love, you’re in love…

Still many beautiful people there.

Contact me anytime for inputs/info on Brasil.

Actually there are parts of rural Colombia that are quite safe. My mother-in-law and her family are from Monteria in Cordoba - home of the AUC. I travel all over Cordoba and ride the bus to the coast through Cerete and Lorica to Covenas. It's a blast and you never seen another gringo the whole time. If you like the morenas they've got some incredibly beautiful women.
