Try latindestination.com

They have a service for latin women already here.  You also want to try match.com latin american service.  If you want a woman of latin decent but more westernized, try eharmony.com and plug in Florida as your location.  Almost all you will be matched with are latin women if you do that.

There are many outlets for finding latin women already here, but most men don't use them because the women are not the same as those you meet in their home country.  

Anyway, thats all I know of.

You got that right, Onephd. My area of Texas is 60% Latino and there are tons of Latina chicks here. The problem is they are American Latinas and are just about indistinguishable from American gringa chicks. Who needs it?
