I don't think you can ever be absolutely sure there is nobody else.

The only thing you can be absolutely sure about is whether or not she is giving it to you as much and as often as you want. If she is then you are probably top dog and should give her something that will put a smile on her face.

when you say "intimate realtionship" is that a nice way of saying sex or could it be heavy kissing without the sex.
