5 Years and Still Going Strong
« on: December 12, 2015, 03:52:18 PM »
Just checking in for update to let other guys know that it is indeed possible to have success with this sort of thing. Got married to Barranquillera 5 years ago and things are still going great with us. We have a young son together. Happy healthy family and home. Better than I could have possibly hoped for. Like any relationship we have had a few minor bumps in the road, but so far, so good. I am not so stupid to think that things are guaranteed to stay this way forever but for now we are enjoying every day together and I see no signs of things going sour anytime soon. Best advice I can give is to stay away from the high maintenance gals. Good luck.

Congrats AB ... glad to hear things are going well.

I have 5 years also with my barranquillera hermosa ... yes, low maintenance is good!

Although I have a good buddy married to a cachaca ... they are both high maintenance and happy.

I remember you Whitey. I think we were in about the same "graduating class". About a year behind FT. Yeah you are right, 2 high maintenance people can work out just fine.

Hey old buddy.   Are you in the 'pimped out pad'?   I'm glad you are doing good, and I'm sure you are surfing up a storm there in San Deigo!

Yeah buddy, we are in the same complex but 2/3 townhouse. Love it here compared to AZ for sure. We don't surf but we did get a couple SUP boards (and life jackets), tandem kayak so we can do some active water sports in the bay, as long as the water is not deeper than knee deep. Haha. Have a Merry Christmas brother!
