Thanks Papi. Would Juan Carlos be my best bet to guide me around, translate and most important be a good wingman(in your words) for meeting the ladies. I have also heard the name Walter Mora mentioned a few times. Any comments on him as well?
Any suggestions as far as accomdations for a week. I may be travelling with an amigo and would want a very nice 2 bedroom apt in an upscale area. Possible close to Chipi Chapi. If you dont mind, when we speak in private I can say how me might have had interaction in the past.

I think Juan is fine but do you really need a guide? It is fairly easy to get around. I know the other guy and will withhold further comment. I may stay around and can help yet I might shoot up to San Andres.  I guess it depends when you get here.

On apartments, Pete and Screaming Eagle have nice digs and rent rooms yet you don’t have the privacy. There are the Cora apartments in Granada – they are nice and in a good location but all are 1 bedrooms but they have 1 apartment with a bed in the living room as well as the bedroom. Rent is COP$115.000 (a little over $50US). Another option is the Aparta Hotel Del Rio

CaliCharm is a good call. Great location near Chipi and you can meet the girls for free on a 1 week stay. The place is nice and includes laundry/ironing. $40 - $60 per night depending on the room.

I would however recommend having a trusty taxi pick you up at the airport or Juan
