Venezolanas and Fake Boobs

We had a thread on fake hair. 

This morning I heard that Hugo Chavez issued an opinion, directive, pronouncement, or whatever it is called.  He said that there are too many breast implant operations taking place in Venezuela.  He wants women to stop it.  He especially wants poor women who have to borrow money to get breast implants to stop it.  He feels that money is better spent on education, better nutrition, better housing, etc.  The news piece claimed that 40,000 women in Venezuela get breast implants each year.

Though I prefer natural breasts, I love that Colombian women feel so comfortable showing off cleavage and their breasts, and letting us men appreciate that aspect of their physical beauty.  I can only think that if people heed Chavez, the women in Venezuela may 'cover up' more (perhaps feeling there is less to show off).

Under Hugo's watch his country has been in a downward spiral.  The worst crime in all of SA,  inflation that is off the charts.  All things have become worse every year since Billy-Bob has been at the helm. Hugo,  true to form,  talks about a little spark while ignoring the raging fire.
As to the "showing what they got",  a Latina norm.  Showing that they are indeed feminine,  and as a whole it is that way.  Another cultural plus.  If you have not been to Colombia,  it is acceptable to show what you got,  but you will notice,  it is NOT acceptable to show the high beams.  Our bras have thick material that don't allow the high beams (nipples) to come on.

Well, I frankly do tend to agree with Hugo on this.  I am not a fan of fake boobs, especially since most of the boob jobs in Colombia happen to be low cost and as a result not very esthetically pleasing when the woman takes off her clothes.

I don't think I've seen a nipple in at least 3 years.  Every bra is padded now.

i agree, lots and lots of terrible boob jobs in colombia, mostly medellin and cali. my friend cristina, for whatever reason, just got a set, and she had a nice chest to begin with, wasn't hugh, but a full B to small C. now......... a mid D that looks like hard grape fruits. what a waste.......


i can never understand  if your going to do it, a least get them  to look real, or whats the point

I agree with Mudd.  I think that either the boob jobs are really done out of competion with other women, and showing that the boobs are "done" will demonstrate that the woman got a rich bf to pay for that.  Or that the men in Colombia like the type of boob jobs that are prevalent here.  Or maybe both.
 
It makes mad actually.  I run a lot into the following:  a super hot chick, beautiful face, great hips, nice and sweet... Oops!  Why?!

Re the comments about padded  bras in Colombia

I don think it s so much a function of concealing nipples.....as it is a function of marketing 

Most younger women, and especially the young chicas don t have the money to  buy expensive  underwear, so the bras  are cheaply made with foam lined cups and detachable plastic shoulder straps

And for me, yet another advantage of datng mature women....I get to see and remove higher quality underwear!

There are two choices for women when it comes to breast implants.  Women can chose to get the "tear drop implant" which hangs slightly like a natural breast and therefore looks more natural or get the "high profile implant" which as Mudd described  looks like a set of grape fruits taped to the chest.
The majority of women in Colombia are chosing the high profile implant which is part of the reason they look so bad.
