As you know Fuzzyone, many guys here have crashed and burned with their relationships over the years in the international marriage department. I would like to congratulate you in making your marriage a success after so many years. Many guys have not made it as far as you have and I am sure you have a lot to share that we can all benefit from in some way.

I do believe that you have been married longer than most guys here on this board so all of us have a lot to learn from your experience.

Would you mind sharing with the newbies as well as the veterans here like myself what has been the secret to your success? Many guys here have recently found their significant other in Barranquilla so I am sure they can benefit from your expertise in regards to the cultural differences. What difficulties have you experienced with your lovely lady and how did you overcome them???

   Really ChrisF all you have to do is look for my old post I posted a lot but that was some years ago. I have been married for 7 years, so start about 8 years ago. I am not going to spoon feed anyone here. You want pictures sorry you are not going to get them, I have a job that requires privacy and I want to keep my family safe from any scum bag that may have a ax to grind with me.

Why so shy?  Is it too much to share a few insights in your success?  Why send us on a search for a needle in a haystack when we'll most likely have specific questions we'll want you to address?
 
Spending hours digging through 8 year old posts can be interesting and useful, but I think Chris is interested in a conversation with you.  And was politely trying to initiate a discussion.
 
And after re-reading his post several times, I see no mention of asking for photos.  So why are you so hot and bothered about it?  What possible job can you have where a picture of you with your wife would be sensitive?  Are you married to Valerie Plame?

    It is like I told Chris I have post plenty on here but all you have to do is go back and look. I am not going to repost information because no one wants to look for it. This forum has a search function that is not real hard to use. Use it! I work for law enforcement and do not wish to put my family in harms way by posting pictures, but there is plenty information here that I have posted.

   With all due respect chris it is over your head and do not try to twist what I have said. I think it is so strange that you had to make comments about me on another forum where you knew I could not response and then when I called you out here it took you what a week to even give a response why? Trying to think a way out?

Personally, I choose not to post any family photos or detailed personal info here on the Internet. Why? Because there are some sick mf’rs out there who will use your personal info and even your personal photos for evil purposes.
　
Don’t think it can happen on this forum? Think again! I have been participating here for a long time and I think I have a fairly decent memory. I can think of many cases where some A-hole got into a pissing match with another member and used personal info or photos that the member had posted here to make idiotic insults towards the member or his family.
　
Off the top of my head, I can recall examples of this crap aimed at Montrealer and Hoda. And yes, Fuzzy has posted personal info here about his marriages in the past. I specifically remember Fuzzy commenting that his wife worked at Wal-Mart. And I specifically remember some dumb-ass (Papi) making stupid, insulting remarks about Fuzzy’s wife because she worked at Wal-Mart.
　
If you guys want to post personal info and family photos here, then more power to you. But you won’t find me posting that stuff on the Internet for any and all A-holes out there to misuse and abuse. It’s all about personal choice.
　
I think it is clear to any idiot that this thread was started solely for the purpose of continuing the discussion in the Flame Room. So why not keep it over there?

This thread seemed like a simple request asking Fuzzy what his secret of success in a long marriage.  I read no request for "personal information" and no request for photos either.
 
I have no interest in Fuzzyone's personal information or photos.  But I would like to hear some of his experience on things that have helped make his marriage successful.
 
But it seems that Fuzzyone and Chris F have some issues with each other.  And Fuzzy has no interest in giving advice on a successful marriage to the many non-posting readers.  So it looks like this thread has reaches it end and it is time to end.

Cops and detectives involved in gang crime investigation, organized crime investigation, or jail security often have to keep a very low public profile.  I know a cop who works at the local courthouse, and he cannot go to certain restaurants in the area because he might be recognized by inmates and/or their families who often have dealings in the nearby criminal court and then dine at those same nearby restaurants.

  Chris what am I upset about? You asking the same question over and over or the one about why I don't post pictures? I really cannot understand why I seem to be the only one that you want pics from. I told you why I don't post pics and it seemed not to be enough from you. If you want pics from all the pictures of Barranquilla I will post them but I will not post them of my family like about 90% of the posters here.


  On my secrets of staying married, I have post a lot here concerning my marriage some time ago, it just would be nice if you spent some time going back and finding my post. So you don't go away with totally hurt feelings I do deal with the gangs a lot and they would do about anything to get at me, but thats life and the job I chose!

    I like your humor, I was so pissed I was smashing everything in the house but anyway at one point in my life I use to have a large beard. I had to cut it off when one day I realized it was getting gray!

I don't think Fuzzyone should be made to feel pressure to post any personal photos.  I know what Fuzzy does for a living and the LAST thing he should do is post a personal photo here or anywhere for that matter.   If people have specific questions then maybe they should be asked in a more specific manner.  I can understand why some posters prefer more privacy than others. 


Yeah Fuzzy I here you on the big beard, I did too, but the grey is taking over now so I don't like it as much as when it was reddish.
