Need to find Gator from poorbuthappy

Got a traffic ticket in Tulua and they aren't letting me pay it in Cali...need to know how to get the thing transfered here.


I've gotten ten different stories  from ten different people at transito.

It´s a diffwerent municipio etc. I think you´re going to have to pay it in Tulua.
