Only women that tend to be extremely hairy that I have encountered are the Indians (East, South Asian), and some Southern European types.

If you are worried about the natural hair, like not having to shave, look for the girls with native (indigenous) heritage. At least in Brazil, those ones tend to have very little to no hair on legs, arms etc. The ones that have, consistently shave, wax or even use laser or pulsed light to give a permanent solution to it.
