His name is Valentino, his current nickname is villain-tino.  My kids call him 'The Pee-Pee Monster' because he is constantly 'using the restroom' while he is getting his diaper changed.

Getting enough sleep.  My woman takes care of night duty.  The boy is not much of a cryer so once his needs are met, he goes back to sleep quickly.

BTW, try a warm, damp washcloth next time you are changing him. It is usually the cold air hitting his nether-regions that triggers the peeing. (May not be a dad, but I have been an uncle seven times over.)

You know how it is, I would have been just as happy with another girl. This little guy has taken over our bed, both me and my wife are sleeping on this old extra mattress while he sprawls out on our bed!  It is quite humorous, it is like he thinks he is the new dwarf king and we are his loyal servants!
