OK, so I'm new to the board and this question has probably been covered before, but since I've decided to bypass the agencies, what are the best web sites to meet latinas in Bogota, Cali, Cartagena, or Barranquilla? My experience with the agencies is that they never deliver what they promise so my chances are just as good with random meetings. Anybody have any luck in the bars or discos in these cities?

I find it fascinating that everyone on this board always wants to meet women in a bar or disco but never a church. It probably explains a lot.

The kind of "luck" you may have in a bar or disco is probably going to cost you by the hour.  It depends on what you're looking for ... fun or a serious relationship?

I would never consider looking for a wife in a bar or disco in my home country, and so would not expect to find one in Colombia either.  

My best friend originally met my wife on amigos.com ... not sure how good it is or not, but I have met a couple friends of hers that are on amigos and they are both good women.  Serious, affectionate, educated, working, religious, not hunting a visa, etc, etc.

worked out really good in Cartagena. I did realy well at Mr. Babillas back in 03.

Well, looks like this board is coming around a bit. I got flamed hard a few years ago for suggesting that picking up "quality women" in bars was an oxymoron.
