    As far as "creepiness" nothing is more creepy to me than being with a woman my age or older.For the most part I have always been with younger women.It seems that everyone here in the US expects everyone to be with someone their own age.Why would I want to be with some old broad? Age difference doesn't seem to be a problem in other countries.I like that.

I am not freaked out by ladies my own age.  They are easy to talk to and there is much in common.  There are still a few attractive ladies in their early 40’s.   As far as I’m concerned they are too far along for child birthing, so marriage and family is pretty much out of the question.  A younger woman brings a little additional spark and life to me, so clearly that is my preference.

My best buddy from when I was in grade school married a gal 17 years older than him.  Now that freaks me out a bit.  At my age,  I just can’t imagine being in bed with a woman close to 60, it gives me (and ironically my wife) the creeps.  My buddy has pretty much isolated himself from the rest of his old friends and can probably sense people looking at him a little weird.  I think I have done a pretty good job of hiding my revulsion, and he still calls me from time to time.  I guess we gotta be mindful that having such a large age gap, might give other women the same feelings (revulsion) or maybe even anger, although clearly age gaps where the man is older are far more acceptable and less disgusting then the other way around! Hehe!

CREEPY Effect #1 - IN THE USA, when dating / married to 20 year age gaps.  Situation A - dating AW 15 - 20 years younger.  The creepiness originates from HER friends and family. Situation B - dating foreign nationals in the USA - really not a problem; PROVIDING one is not out of league and the woman's transition to USA norms will not destroy the man's attractiveness.

I think its been said here before, I cannot see myself married to a woman my age, 43.  I will say that my ex was actually quite hot at 43, her body was actually hotter than her daughter who was a bit chunky at 18!  With that being said, she was an exception!

Most American women at 35, naked, look like a day old sack of sh#t and over 40, will make you puke.  American women do NOT age well.

I am still attracted to the same age group, 18 to 28, as shallow as that may sound, well...so be it.

I like the slim bodies, the firm breasts, the tight asses, the tight firm wrinkleless skin.  There is something about a 20-something slim sexy woman with a nice ass in a mini skirt!    

The image of a 45 yo in the same miniskirt does not conjure up the same nirvana!

Also, this age group attracts me for more mundane and practical reasons- I want children and I really love sex.  These two criteria have just eliminated 99% of any American woman over 35.  

First of all, she is probably not interested in having kids at this age because, she already has had them or she doesn't have any and has no desire to clean a smelly poop factory for the next 8 years and deal with the new youth attitudes of America.

Second, she wants sex on her terms, Period!  She has learned how to use sex as a tool and a bargaining chip.  A woman of 35, a married one, doesn't just get horny and screw her husband.  She has to be wined dined, courted and her list of marital demands have to be met first.  Then she just "might" be interested in sharing HER body!  

Screw that!!

A young woman of, say 20, loves sex, period, they want sex, anywhere and everywhere, even the American variety!  Like Zon says, "keepin it real", I had to use that!

I like these ramblings of yours.  Obviously you should continue to go after that young booty!  The appearance of 'creepiness' doesn't matter much when compared to the benefits of a woman you what to be with. 

Some men (like UC) prefer a lady his age (or thereabouts) which in his case works for him, maybe since she is hot and looks a lot younger.  He might not think the same if she were gray-haired, frumpy, and asexual, like a lot of the other 50 somethings I hear about!

Maybe with the young impressionable ones whose characters are not fully formed. With the "old" ladies like my wife, there is nothing about them that is going to change. In seven years of living in the US there is absolutely nothing about her that has changed.

     Anything is possible but there is risk involved no matter if you marry some young hottie or an old broad.Older doesn't always mean more mature.Find a woman who takes care of herself physically.IMO, that's your best shot or at least get a younger one.The older broads go downhill alot quicker once they stop taking care of themselves.

The things that make American women look older than they are, are typically:

Being over  weight, smoking, too much sun (that takes a while) booze, (cigarettes and sun will give you wrinkly, leather like skin by age 35 or less) too much hard physical work and eating crap instead of healthy food. A lot of women do a crappy job putting make up on too.

My wife supervises some kids as young as sixteen and to a one, they all look older than her and they talk about the fact too, but not disrespectfully. A few people refused to believe she was really the manager, despite her Management outfit and ID.


These kids are not only trying to wear so much make up that she makes them tone it down (corporate policy), but they usually are fat and lazy, with an attitude about themselves and others, too.

When she started working in an elementary school five years ago, people seriously thought she was a fifth or sixth  grader, until they got up real close to her This is true especially because with all the milk and hormones in American food today, half the American third grade girls now have to wear bras and some of the older girl students are taller than her.

So we really, really had to shop hard for tasteful professional clothes  and shoes that fit her 5 ft, 90 pound frame, to make it clear she's an adult. No pony tail,  khaki or polo shirts for sure!. And she has curves in all the right places--just not too the point where when the day comes when she's 40 years old, gravity will have 'done a number' on her body. She hasn't aged much at all, despite winning top worker awards at both jobs, really not shying away from hard work--very active.

It's weird how while she and her fellow Filipina friends don't go out for buying or wearing fancy makeup, they will spend what seems to me a lot of money or high end (Clinique, lancome creams, etc)  lip gloss (especially for the sun SPF factor) and skin cleansing and other anti aging skin creams.

I don't want my wife to look 14 y/o forever as I age!  It'll look like "Bambi and the dinosaur!"

Once in a while, I see some of the teachers out at the local grocery store w/o their 'face' on--no make up and they've gone from almost sexy looking to being plain faced, almost unrecognizable hags. Scary.

I sometimes wake up in the morning and look at my sleeping wife and marvel that besides her long hair being a little mussed up, she looks almost exactly like she will an hour later, when were ready to leave the house.  Beautiful.

Now THAT's a traditional Filipina in my opinion.

Only thing that drives me nuts is she may change clothes 3 to 5 times in the morning and ask me 'is this OK?" Even though most of the time I say 'That looks fine honey", each time. I know she wants my approval and I must look good, with my clothes all ironed crisply before she lets me out of the house-no shaving cream behind the ears!

Come to think of it, I haven't left the house with a Q Tip still sticking out of my ear like an antenae since we came together. I used to wear mismatched socks, once went to work with a shirt inside out (no one said anything---I had to notice),

Maybe it's the emphasis I put on the way I say 'That looks fine, honey", that keeps her changing outfits, but I do get a bit exasperated, especially because she'd probably look hot in just a potato sack...I guess I should shut up, stop complaining and enjoy the five day a week fashion show each morning....

Well Ray, in terms of having outside love affairs and being promiscuous, I think it's probably as common in the Philippines (maybe a bit less, maybe more, but not by much either way--just an educated guess) as in most nations. Just last night, my wife was telling me how there was a lot more sexuality and 'fooley fooley' in her remote barangay than I thought, which surprised me--because everybody usually knows everybody elses business there, it seems. There's some teenage unexpected pregnancy way out there too.

It depends on how they were raised and who we pick, pretty much anywhere. And I still think that five, ten years and even more as time goes by, of living in the USA, will change each and every Filipina or  other foreigner, new to the USA woman, especially if they don't get back home often, but that varies according too---yes,  according in degree to family up bringing and who we pick, once again.

Hey Zon--thanks for the nice comment--we have some great guys here and there's a lot of good humour, useful help and information, aside from the minutia, off topic BS and gloating, long winded musings I post here!

Really it's the Dave H and Ray show a lot of the time, with the likes of Bob and Jeff S leavening the loaf, for good measure. I don't know...my wife only lived in the US for 8 years before we moved to the Philippines.  After 10 years together, it hasn't happened yet...even her weight remains stable at 100 lbs.
