Ok, thanks for explaining that, Ray. I can see how filing the K-3 could be a viable option for some. For others no. I129-F = (gulp!) IMBRA, background checks, etc.
Utopia cowboy, I have read some of your posts in the past (I believe it was in the PBH forum) where you have stated that in your opinion, the K-1 visa (fiancee) should be eliminated. Is it because that visa tends to be abused by dishonest people?
Care to elaborate?
