The actual amount is more when you figure in the donations received from Gringos.com's fund raiser and other people that I'm unaware of that loaned him money just off these two forums.  Since he participated on many forums going back a number of years the actual take could have been much higher.

due to SF and one other person i no longer loan money of any sort to anyone other then my family... i also agree with you SF should be a man and come back to all the boards that he wrote on a daily bases and apologize with out any excuses or sob stories of how hard he and his family have it.... SF made his bed and now he has to lie in it.

  He has been around just not at either of these forums. A predator usually has to go else where to look for more victims. I feel sorry for his children myself because that is who he uses to tear on the heart string.

         Some people just live very chaotic lives. Its true SFNM probably was a con but I have known people who were always surrounded by crisis. I have an ex wife like that. Usually if you get close to them, you will get caught up in it somehow. They may not be out to con anyone but the people around them will always be affected by the chaos.

   Something you have to remember S.F. has posted this story every where I mean like every where. Any forum that had anything to do with Latin woman and he was there. I seem to remember that at least one forum did not pay attention to him and he disappeared.

i was asked by another member to tell what i knew so it would validate his story so that is why i came forward.... all we wanted out of this was to stop anyone else for helping this man out when he told one of his bleeding hart stories who knows how many others he has scammed..... there is a reason he is back in Peru trying to run from life. but as we all know life will catch up with him and when it does he will be a very lonely man......if he is not already........ i live by the words what goes around comes around........

the last i heard he was back in Peru with his children, but i have no proof of that
i do know for a fact he left them in Peru for a few months or more. where he is now i have no idea....

I think it is important not to make unfounded accusations regarding Single Father.  I've tried to explain clearly what my experiences were with him; that he lied to me on numerous occasions and scammed me into loaning him money.  I trusted him and he betrayed it.  I'm not alone in this regard.  I've also given my opinion that I believe he stretched the truth or lied about many of his stories that he shared on this forum in order to obtain more sympathy and possible support.  In comparing his accounts on a few forums there are inconsistencies in what he said that gives support to this belief.  Jeff's first wife did pass away because her obituary notice is a matter of public record.  Other stories Jeff wrote about on the other hand can not be be found or verified.  That is not why Ray and I came forward.  As we have both stated before we did this to warn others to think twice about helping this guy out.  I think that has effectively been done.

Personally as hard as it sometimes can be, I don't loan money out anymore.  I have had to do a lot of collecting in the past and it seems that the lender is often 'the bad guy' when it comes time to pay back.

i received an email last night from SF...... once again in his email he used his children and played the sympathy card with me... i told him we have all had enough and are tired of his BS... i told him he is getting what he deserves and what goes around come around. he tried to tell me that same old crap about his children being scarred for the lives( wow even in PERU)  how his son is scared and crying all the time.. This guy does not know when to stop.... his tells me his plans are to come forward and explain to all of us how he is right and we are all wrong.... well when that happens i am going to show you all how inconsistent all his stories have been... how he has told some people on some boards one thing and at the same time on other boards told a completely different story. i am not going to sit back and let this guy spew anymore of his lies..... i have 100drs of emails to prove different. i will not stoop to his level and i will not post anything less then the truth.... I also thought it was funny when he told me he would be paying everyone back....i can't wait to let me children know to look for a check after i am gone because i do not see him paying me back in this life time..... or for that matter anyone else......

Well, I was under the impression that mariachi bands were strictly a Mexican thing. Maybe I could arrange one for my wife on our anniversary but knowing her, she would prefer a rock or reggaeton act. 

That's what I thought too but apparently they are quite popular in Colombia. Saturday night in Medellin there is a place where the band managers congregate and people come to make deals with them to come to their houses and play later that night. You can dicker with them for the price and how many songs etc. I paid them half up front and half after they performed.

After seeing that video of his children, it's very clear they inherited their father's vivid imagination.

  The video confirmed one thing to me that S.F. was full of it because if you noticed the son Landon was in it with several other indians. Now if his son was so screwed up from being kidnaped by the Indians why is he playing with them? I did not see him pissing his pants there.

   I think the father is the one that is all screwed up and is using his kids to advance himself anyway he can.

Wow I didn't know that craps was played in Peru...I'd like to know if it is the same version of craps as we have here in the USA.  


I'm feeling a little insulted here SF never bothered to ask me for money, i don't know why my dirty money wasn't good enough for him.  He seemed to put the clamps to practically everybody else.
