Hi cwebb,

I noticed that last week as well and had been wondering about it. It used to be that the G-325A consisted of 4 identical pages except for the footer which indicated what agency was to receive that particular copy. However last week I saw that the version which was recently posted on uscis.gov only consists of 1 page. So I am not sure if only 1 copy of the G-325A is required now or if the version which was recently posted on the USCIS is defective.

Ok, I did some research and it looks like the new G-325A is indeed defective - so I would fill it out and go ahead and print up 4 separate copies of it and remember to sign and date each copy. Also be sure to print off 4 copies for your fiancée as well and have her sign & date all of them.

Thanks Cap for that info. I hadn’t seen the new G-325A form posted on the CIS website.

Like Cap said, the G-325A has always been 4 pages. To tell you the truth, I doubt that CIS really needs or wants all 4 pages, but to be safe, I would go ahead and give them 4 copies, at least one of which has an original signature and date in ink.

Cwebb, I have a copy of the 07/14/06 fillable PDF version which is still acceptable. If you need it, PM me with your e-mail addy and I’ll send you a copy.

Ray
