Actually I think TLC also abides by IMBRA but I don't consider TLC nor latinintro a full service agency.

     What do you consider a "full service" agency?

A full service agency would have a physical place of business were you can go any time of the year and just pick the women you want to meet and they put them in front of you.

I personally take it from there and try my best to keep the agency out of any relationship that develops at all cost.

Some guys however like to get advice and feed back on what the girls really think of them and use the translators the agencies provide.

       That's how I did it when I was looking also but by this definition LAI is a full service agency.Have things changed there recently?

It has been many a year since I have been to LAI but from what I hear it is still a full service agency although one that doesn't comply with IMBRA but then again what foreign based agency does.
