If anyone wants too see DR girls, www.Latineuro.com has many many DR girls on it.   Their photos are quite nice.

PS- Kiltboy1 seems to have a lot of good knowledge about South America and Colombia, I always wondered why the "Puffdaddy" (or "Pimpdaddy") poster got on his case so much!

I have just returned from the DR.  I spent the entire month of July there.

I have to back track a little on my last TRs.

There is great people in the DR ... incredibly exotic and beautiful women - INCREDIBLY!  There is a simplicity there that is hard to define.  Again, it is not dumb or stupid.  Just a gift to live in the now.

What struck me about this trip is that FINALLY I am being treated as something other than a tourista.  THAT TOOK A LONG TIME!!!!  I have gone to the DR 8 times in the last 1.5 years - often staying 2 - 3 weeks.  Still, a gringo big time.  But when you are received and let into the real people's lives and homes it is a special exception.  It is a wonderful island - much richer and larger than most people presume.

I think it would be damn near impossible to create a valid relationship and for that relationship to grow without prolonged time on the ground.  This is not a point and click target for sure.

There is something magical about the place ... I will say that.  I like it there so much, I am considering long term business commitments.  The Punta Cana area is on front and center on the world stage - very European.

I am leaving for my first trip to Colombia next week.  I will be back in the DR in three weeks.  If you have any questions, PM me

Santiago is a place to find the most beautiful women on the island.

The best way to see this part of the island is on motor cycles.  If you have that interest, there are many clubs on the island that you should find out about.  This is an excellent way to meet very good contacts as well.  PLUS, it is a blast.

Samana is unbelievable if you like peace and quite and a beautiful environment.

i agree with you. the latin culture has its intricacies... any woman can sell their bodies at anytiime.. the news anchorman to the cashier at mcdonalds. from my experiences it is more prevalent iin d.r. but it exists to some degree in all latiin american countries. in colombia narcos have paid thousands to sleep with actresses/tv personalities..

if a woman is 20, beautiful, unmarried with two children.. it is highly likely that something will be for sale given the opportunity. tourists are likely targets because the women will never see them again.

latin america is full of "real" life. question.. a woman working in a clothing store for $300 per month or whatever the minimum is ... if she has to sleep with the boss to keep her job.. is she a prostitute?

I am convinced that all Dominican women presumes their man to have constant and frequent affairs.

Hey rivardco,

I believe it!!! The ones I dated didn't leave me any strength to look elsewhere!  ;D
I looked forward to going to work, (24 hours on duty, 48 hours off) just to get some rest!  One would even come to the station to 'visit.'  ::)  Sometimes I would see her car in the parking lot and drive past the station, pretending we got another call.

Stay away from the poorest of the poor. Unless you grew up in poverty, you will NEVER understand their motivations and neither will they EVER understand yours.

Walk away...

I agree 100%, They are wonderful people but there is a wall that seperate the haves for the have nots.
