Hey guys, I just joined and would like to say up front that this forum is a great education. I have learned a ton going through the posts here. At the age of 45 I've discovered the drawbacks of domestic dating. The gender wars have taken their toll and I realize the girl I want does not exist here in Toronto Canada. A recent trip to Morocco opened my eyes to the benefits of dating abroad--met a hottie who was crazy about me.
To those who question the concept of dating foreign women, I offer this: Why would you assume that everything you need is in your home town? Yes I recognize Toronto is clean, safe, rich in culture, economically healthy and you can drink the water, but no place has everything, and in Toronto, it's the girls that get a low rating (pathetic, actually). Thanks to the Internet and air travel, my eyes are set firmly south (in the direction of Colombia).
