Oh look! The tour party concept comes to China!

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Twenty Chinese men, including several on the country's richest list, paid $8,000 a head to attend a matchmaking party with 30 "single young beauties," state media said Monday.

Yeah-it makes much more sense to pay 3000 or so to a scumbag romance tour operator to meet 200-400 women of questionable origins.

Those guys are out of my league. 8000 for a party. . . . . I whine if I pay a couple hundred for a charity gig.

Maybe it's all about networking.You see,they are freaking rich and probably considered elites in the society.This party is not open to regular folks.
