Since I'm going to be in Colombia in October and November I've been looking for interesting things to do. I ran across the national beauty pageant in Cartegena. Sounds like a great time to be in Cartagena with all the contestants and media in town. Any first hand testimonials about this event or being there that week?
Found several agencies that offer tours that week- loveme.com (which I guess is foreign affair), barranquillabest.com., toursgonewild.com, etc. Anybody done any of these tours?? Any suggestions??
