Papi, why don't you simply go expat?

Papi, why don't you simply go expat?

Apparently money and a job is no object to you.  You appear to spend your time travelling from place to place.  Why don't you simply choose a city, any city, with women to your liking and stay there?

Just think... no worries about college credit transfers, no worries about women not showing up for dates... if one lady is 2 hours late, simply hit on 3 more while you're waiting.

Why fool around with so-called cyber babes, web cams, and virtual-reality romance, etc., etc. ?

Coudn't you be more effective at what you're trying to accomplish, whatever that is, if you just stayed put in one locale?

My opinion is in terms of "what he is trying to accomplish"...he is accomplishing he is goal...which is not to be tied to one woman or one city for very long...and simply enjoy everything "for the moment" and then move on....

He has been meeting his objective for a long time. I dont think his objective is a bad thing...if thats what he wants and he is honest with others about it.

The "Saint Chris" Perspective.....

My friend did just that.  He is 53 years old and is living off a medical malpractice settlement.  He started in Barranquilla, didn't like it.  Moved to Bogota, didn't like it.  Went to Cali, loved it.  He has been there for 6 months and has dated more women there (ages 29 - 35) then he has his whole life in the states.  He lives like a local and spends little money every month.  I can attest that he is living every mans dream!

I know the Paps personally and for all the Ars Kicking he gets on this board and others, he is a pretty OK guy and Chris hit the nail on the head, Papi has accomplished his goals, They may not be the goals the rest of us want, but he does get around and maybe the one trip he will meet the right girl. I would be Ex-Pat 4 years ago if i did not have a Daughter that lives only 1 mile from me. Not Cali, but somewhere on the beach as i am a Buffett kind of a Guy. Barranquilla or Salinas/Guayaquil Ecuador are great places, beautiful, cheap, anyway, I would like to see pics of papis new chica  as i do not think he has ever posted a pic of any of his chicas, Come on Papi, give up the treasure !!

To win the lottery in a lawsuit and spend the rest of your life in a foreign country spending as little as possible while chasing young tail? I can assure you, it is definately not EVERY man's dream.

Well Jeff, maybe you were "blessed" with the ability to have plenty of women in your life.  My friend was not.  He is so amazed that he can date young women (and yes Papi, 29 to him is young...he is 53).  Who knows, maybe they want the money, maybe they are interested in him, who knows.  In any case, he is enjoying himself and that the important part.  If he is happy, then by God, let him be happy.  One mans paradise is another mans hell.

Some men want to settle down with a woman and raise a family.  Some men want to leave a good impression of american men behind them.  Some men would let a woman keep her tennis shoes.  Some men are like Peter Pan.  Papi is not living anything close to my dream.

No Brains, I am glad to hear you are not having wet dreams about me. I'd be worried otherwise. Now you can go back to Peter Pan..
