Why the emphasis on certain countries?

Number 5 in 1992 Colombia passed a law lowering the excise tax and regulatory restrictions for the emigration of a Colombian wife. There is now a spousal regulatory board in Colombia that must certify your Colombian fiancé as representing the highest feminine qualities of Colombian women. The purpose of the law is to improve the image of Colombia abroad through the demonstration of family harmony and civil obedience by newly arriving Colombians. The best thing about this law is it comes with a guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your first Colombian wife you get the second one for free.

This is where you run into trouble. While I get and appreciate your sense of humor, there are obviously those who can't tell when you are and are not joking. Like I said, I get it, and this was pretty funny

My take

Venezuela--Been there 2 times and while the women are as pretty as any you will see, there is a real superiority complex about them and while i met some nice people, the majority i met were just complete arsholes and women with gringa like attitudes.

Colombia--Been there more times then i can count, best talent pool as far as sheer numbers. Been to all the main cities and as far as ease of meeting hot women, tons of options. The negative for me is there is lot of superficial, materialistic women and the unexperienced need to really be careful on who they choose.Many Agencies

Peru---Not been there, but talked to on the internet with many many women and have some Peruana friends here in the States and i like there attitudes, there humble way of life. not as materialistic as the Colombian women, more English educated and simple , traditional values. If you like Flacas with long dark hair, you will not find much better hunting grounds. Looking for voluptuous , big breasted women, then Peru is not the place.Has a few Agencies

Ecuador--My personal favorite for a few reasons. First, the nicest, most gracious people of any Latin country i have visited. Cheap to visit, and while to be honest, there are some really Butt Ugly women there , there are also some absolute stunner's  and i am fortunate enough to be with just such a stunner that has the beauty of the say Colombian women, the flaca of the Peruvian women and long dark hair and the warmth and traditional values of the Ecuadorian culture that is a hard combination to find. No Agencies though.

I would have to take issue with this comment. More than half the Colombians you meet will have relatives in the US. North Americans are by no means exotic to them. Almost all Colombians I have spoken to in Colombia in the last seven or eight years have met other North Americans besides myself. Colombians attitude towards the US and it´s denizens is a mixture of envy and resentment in about equal parts. The culture in Colombia allows for youngish, attractive women to be receptive to older men be they Colombian or foreign. North Americans have no special advantage in that regard. The only perception you will find that is particular to North Americans as opposed to Europeans or other visitors is the general belief that we are all financially well off.

I agree with your added points.
In my case since the majority of women I meet are young I find the vast majority have never met an American. But you are right many seem to have some relative in the States who usually have good things to say about Americans. Also many of these women do consider the blue/green eye light hair Americans as exotic and appealing. When I was ordering some roses once I said throw in some exotic flowers and when I got the delivery the exotic flowers were sunflowers common in the States but considered exotic in Barranquilla.

When I am traveling to new areas and don't know where a good restaurant is I just look at the parking lots and find one that is full - this tells me that the local people ( people who should know ) think this is a good restaurant and it has good food and that works for me.  Likewise in choosing a country to hunt for female companship the  customers vote with their dollars and the customers are usually pretty smart when it comes to spending their own money.  I have had agencies in many Colombian cities and in Costa Rica and the customers have always preferred the ladies from Bogota Colombia over any other area.  Colombian has always had a lot of agencies because men from all over the world prefer Colombian women !!!!   How many agencies are there in Puerto Rico ??
