Are you REALLY going to push us to the point of having to moderate your posts and/or your accounts? Is it not possible for you to be civil with one another? Can you post here without intentionally creating rancor.

If you find yourself answering those questions in a way which is not conducive to a civil environment, you really need to think again about posting here.

If you are referring me, show me where I'm not being civil in the above posts...I think I gave Daytrader some good advice regarding his girl's profile...And wouldn't you think it's strange that his girl's profile is still on an agency website??  Wouldn't you want YOUR girl's profile removed??

Regarding Daytrader, I don't dislike him at all... however, sometimes it's VERY hard to believe some of the things he posts...i.e. the 21 year old hotties in South Florida who wanted to marry him over the last few years, or that the relationship with his girlfriend of 2 years ended because he didn't like the climate in Bogota, or how ACG's webmaster can ONLY post pics/profiles on it's web-site but can't remove them...Sorry Daytrader, but I have a problem with these claims of yours, and they somewhat hurt your credibility...but it doesn't mean you're not a good guy.

Reminds me of one of our friends that we had in our circle here in Atlanta...great guy, had a great job, but at times he told some tales that were a little difficult to accept.  Once he stated he had sex with a woman and he "came" 12 times in one night with her...Well after that we affectionally called him "The Cum-meister", and not behind his back but to his face...It was all in good fun, and he even laughed about it...

So it's all good, at least from my end...

The process of taking a girl off a website takes seconds putting them on takes longer. It is well known most agencies will delay as long as possible the removal of women. Also most women assume the agency will automatically remove them if the agency is aware of what is going on. And then you have cases where women will tell the guy she asked to be removed but didn’t.

During Carnival I ran into a woman living in the States that knew me and my companion but I could not recognize her. I was surprised when I was told who she was. At one time she was one of the most popular girls in her age range but over the last year and a half had added a lot of weight to the point I don’t think anyone would email her.

In her situation the guy she was engaged to asked me why her fiancé was still on the website.  I told him I did not know this and would call her to see what is going on. When she confirmed she was engaged we asked her why she was still actively participating with the agency, don’t recall her answer but we told her we would not keep her on the website since she was in a committed relationship. After she was removed she contacted us requesting to meet an upcoming visitor. When I told her fiancée about her request he thanked me for the information and I never heard back from him only the woman who was mad at me for telling him. I didn’t know what happened with them but I suspected based on my past experience with other men in similar situations they would marry. She confirmed this and was on vacation alone.

Thanks for your input on this Jamie...I just COULDN'T imagine that it would be difficult to take a profile down.  I, for one, would NOT stand for my girlfriend's profile still being on a website after months in a committed relationship...I think the next time Daytrader is in Cali, he should make a personal trip to the agency and confront Isabel & Ricardo, and hopefully get to the bottom of this...hopefully it's not the scenario that you painted in your post.

Even the vets can be fooled from time to time...after all, it can be intoxicating until reality hits home and you realize that maybe your novia really had another agenda..

I think guys make a HUGE mistake by trusting a woman entirely that they have only known for a few months, and compound that by not being able to communicate with them without a translator...anything is possible...

And you're correct about the vets also...whether they are gringas or latinas, or asians...young or old...women are unpredictable and capable of anything.  I always liked the words of the great President Ronald Reagan when dealing with the Russians "Trust but verify"...
I used to like it when he also said it in Russian...El Ruso, how did that go??

He's actually my mother's cousin.

Even though the old biddies in my family never approved of his marital history (3 divorces), in their eyes he had one huge redeeming quality - he was always very good to his mother!
