possible good news for cali

I was just chatting with my waiter from Cali. He tells me that the govt there was blind to the condition in the streets checking off the charts that everything is clean and so forth and pocketing the pesos. Apparently, things may be changing this year. Maybe somebody has more info....

ojala (that they clean it up)
