i am sitting at the internet cafe killing some time because the salon i went to sent me away. The receptionist was eating lunch and told me to return later. I realize they need to eat but can you imagine a salon in the West with a receptionist stuffing her face and telling clients to go way. Incredible!

Actually...Colombia is not nearly as bad as my third world experiences in the outskirts of Bangkok. There was a sh&thole of a restaurant near my apartment filled with a bunch of mangy dogs, flies, a drunk Aussie owner and his butt ugly Thai wife.  Unfortunately, it was the only place in town.

Anyway, one day I accidentally stepped on one of the dogs and the pooch rightfully so went nuts followed by the wolf pack later joining in. Another time, I was drinking a beer and noticed my mug was badly cracked. I showed it to the owner and he suggested I drink from the other side.  Evidently, the owner must have skipped the course on hotel and restaurant management prior to entering the industry. El papi

   Actually my ex left, I ran into her good friend there and she told me she got remarried. My ex doing what she always does lied to me and told me that she was going back to Peru. I told her to say hi to her mother from me and that was it, I forgot all about her until running into her friend. Her friend looked like she was going to cry asking me if I knew what happen to my ex I thought maybe the plane crashed or something like that. She then told me my ex had got remarried. I almost laughed out loud because that poor guy did not know what he got himself into because all she could ask me last year was if she married someone with money how much could she get when she divorced him. I guess some things never change, now she is some one else's problem!!

   No reason to give you a hard time, you asked a question yhat was pretty easy to answer. I try to avoid causing trouble if I can I have been pretty busy so I really do not have time to bash someone or care too.

Fuzzy,  I didn't know you you were divorced either. Are you planing to go south and try again?   My fiance is an accountant, and will be here soon and she is already worrying about getting a job here.  Her conversational ingles is not that good yet, and there are not many spanish speaking only businesses in the Carolinas.  She wants to send money home asap, so something minimum wage, like Walmart may be a starting point.  I guess we'll look around more when she gets here.
