No I haven't used the box as I don't live in an edificio. And no I've had no problem getting to my account on line except they've changed the login proceedure a couple of times over the years and the new system usally gives me fits for a while. One thing they do is force you to change your segunda clave periodicaly but you only need that for bill paying.  So far as I know there's no reason you shouldn't be able to get to your account on line.

Never bothered to setup online payment with my BanColombia bank account because it was always so easy just to pay gas, water and electric when I would check out at Exito.

Garrrrr ... I hate you guys paying bills in the grocery line!  ;)

It's bad enough that it takes a half hour to pay for a bottle of water, while 3 families butt in in front of you cause one person is holding their place in line ... but then invariably, someone wants to also pay a mitt full of their bills.

There should be a separate line ...

Have to agree with you. I see some one in line with a factura I head for another line. I pay my electric at Baloto. Never a line.

One thing that would annoy me about living in Colombia is the queues.
Bogota and Cali were not bad but I defintely did not enjoy this aspect when I was on the coast.
It doesn't really matter when I am on holiday but as a part of daily life it defintely would be a real negative for me.
