DL hasn't replied to any of my emails either. He's usually "Johnny-on-the-spot" with the emails. Well, hope he's okay...and if it is the love bug best of luck to him. He's been searching hard enough. LMAO!

I can't speak for Dennis other than to say I spoke with him by phone a few days ago and he was in CucutÃ¡ and doing fine. I suggested he cross the border to Venezuela for a look see.
Here's the wiki on CucutÃ¡......according to Dennis it is a city well worth visiting. It is so far off the Gringo trail they are treating him like a rock star.

I've heard some great stories about Cucuta as well. Gorgeous women and very rarely visited by Gringos. That there is a perfect recipe for novia searching! If you don't have a problem with small town girls, Neiva and Cartago are the same way gents. I probably met around 30 absolutely gorgeous girls between the two cities and all they constantly asked me is did I have any single friends in the U.S. Cucuta might be on my itinerary when I go back "home" in November. I have to go there before Medellin as I don't expect to be able to walk when I leave Paisaland.
